Help

I can't open floor plans or  interior pictures!

For your convenience, Floor plans and Interior photos are designed to open in a separate, smaller windows.  Many software utilities and online services such as Google and Yahoo are offering add-in "popup stoppers" designed to block uncommanded pop-up ads.  It is safe to temporarily turn off your popup or ad blocker while on washhome.com

How do I open PDF Documents?.

If you're being asked "Which Program to use to view this file?"  You most likely need a PDF viewer. Click Here to Download Adobe Acrobat.  Recently generated PDF documents on our site require Acrobat Reader 5 or higher (We found that version 5.0 was very unstable and crashed frequently, you should upgrade to a newer version).  If you are running Windows NT-4, 2000, or XP you'll need to be logged in with administrative privileges to install Adobe Acrobat.

What's your E-Mail Address and/or Phone Number?

Click Here for Phone Numbers and Street Address's.  There is an E-Mail directory link at the upper left (it opens in a window to prevent spammers from harvesting our email address links).  Just click on anyone's name to initiate a new E-Mail message.

I use AOL or have web based E-Mail .  Clicking an E-Mail link doesn't work!

America On-Line or Microsoft Network users have e-mail that is web based.  Other examples of web based mail include Yahoo Mail or Hotmail.

All Washington Home Center staff have e-mail address that use the form:

firstname.lastname@washhome.com

Note that there is a period between the first and last name.  No spaces within the e-mail address.   You can always send a message to sales@washhome.com - we'll make sure it gets prompt attention!

I can't seem to open Finance Calculators or Panoramic Views!

Both of these rely on Java being installed on your machine.  A recent settlement between Microsoft and Sun Microsystems (the licensors of Java) resulted in Microsoft's version being no longer available.  Click here to download Sun's version.
